GravelSignal
GravelSignal

The operating system for gravel race crews.

Live checkpoints, cutoff math, and crew-to-rider signal — built by people who've been in the parking lot at Matfield Green with the sun going down.

Field Notes

The sport, the moment, the gap we fill.

01 · The sport
What is gravel racing?

Ultra-endurance racing on dirt and gravel back-roads. Self-supported between checkpoints. 100–350 miles in a single day. Weather, mechanicals, nutrition, and pacing decide the outcome as much as fitness.

02 · The moment
How big has it gotten?

Unbound 200 sells out in minutes. 4,000+ starters converge on Emporia, Kansas. SBT GRVL, Mid South, Big Sugar, BWR, Gravel Locos — a full season of sold-out events. It's the fastest-growing discipline in cycling.

03 · The gap
Why crew support matters.

At these distances the crew is half the race. Parking chaos, cutoff pressure, "did they make it through CP2 yet?" — that's the problem GravelSignal exists to solve.

What really shaped your race?

Upload your .fit file and answer a few honest questions. We're studying race execution, pacing, fueling, and the small decisions that decide long-form gravel — and the ride file is what makes the analysis possible.

XL / 350 racers — huge respect, we see you. Our current research is focused on single-day events, so the multi-day 350 isn't on the bench just yet.

Your .FIT file
The single most important thing. .fit from your head unit is what unlocks the power, pacing, and fueling analysis. .gpx / .tcx work too.
Your story
Six honest prompts. What worked, what didn't, what you'd change. Both halves matter — the file without the story is just numbers.
We learn
Your data trains the next leg of Signal — smarter race execution for every crew.

Ride information

Why this matters: Your .fit file from your bike computer is the heart of this debrief — it's what lets us reconstruct your pacing, power, fueling windows, and the decisions behind your finish. A debrief without a ride file is incomplete. Export from Garmin Connect, Wahoo, Hammerhead, or Karoo and drop it below.
